2. OBJECTIVE
These General Conditions govern the acquisition Online of Tickets Regal WaltzExperience (Gift Voucher) for catering services through our website.
The purchase of any Gift Ticket implies full and unreserved acceptance of these conditions by the buyer.
3. PRICES AND TAXES

• No additional management or digital shipping charges will be applied.
4. PURCHASE AND DELIVERY PROCESS

2. Payment: Payment will be made using the secure payment methods enabled on the website (credit/debit card, Bizum or equivalent platforms).
3. Confirmation i Delivery: Once payment has been confirmed, the buyer (or the designated beneficiary) will receive an email with the Ticket Gift FormatPortable Document Format, which will contain a unique validity code and instructions for its replacement.
5. GIFT VOUCHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
• Expiry: Gift Vouchers are valid for 6 Mesos From the date of purchase. Once this date has passed, the ticket will be inactive with no right to a refund.

• Use unique: The Gift Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash. If the consumption is less than the value of the voucher, the difference will not be refunded.
6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (RETURNS)
In accordance with the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users:
• The buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within a period of 14 dies naturals from the date of receipt of the Gift Voucher, without need for justification and with reimbursement of the amount paid.

• Legitimation: Execution of the sales contract.
