2. OBJECTIVE<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

These General Conditions govern the acquisition Online<\/span> of Tickets<\/span> Regal <\/span>Waltz<\/span>Experience<\/span> (Gift Voucher) for catering services through our website.<\/p>

The purchase of any Gift Ticket implies full and unreserved acceptance of these conditions by the buyer.<\/p>

3. PRICES AND TAXES<\/span><\/strong><\/p>

\u2022 <\/span>No additional management or digital shipping charges will be applied.<\/div>


4. PURCHASE AND DELIVERY PROCESS<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

1. Selection<\/span>:<\/span> The buyer will choose the desired type of gift voucher or menu and fill in the form with their contact details and, where applicable, those of the recipient.<\/div>
2. Payment<\/span>:<\/span> Payment will be made using the secure payment methods enabled on the website (credit\/debit card, Bizum or equivalent platforms).<\/div>
3. Confirmation<\/span> i <\/span>Delivery<\/span>:<\/span> Once payment has been confirmed, the buyer (or the designated beneficiary) will receive an email with the Ticket<\/span> Gift <\/span>Format<\/span>Portable Document Format<\/span>, which will contain a unique validity code and instructions for its replacement.<\/div>


5. GIFT VOUCHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

\u2022 <\/span>Expiry<\/span>:<\/span> Gift Vouchers are valid for 6 <\/span>Mesos<\/span> From the date of purchase. Once this date has passed, the ticket will be inactive with no right to a refund.<\/div>

\u2022 <\/span>Dates <\/span>exclusion<\/span>:<\/span> Valid on any restaurant opening day subject to availability.<\/div>
\u2022 <\/span>Cancellation<\/span> o <\/span>modification<\/span> of the reserves<\/span> Bookings made with a Gift Ticket can be modified or cancelled with a minimum of 48 hours' notice. Failure to show up on the day of the booking without prior notice will result in the cancellation of the Gift Ticket.<\/div>
\u2022 <\/span>Use<\/span> unique<\/span>:<\/span> The Gift Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash. If the consumption is less than the value of the voucher, the difference will not be refunded.<\/div>


6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (RETURNS)<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

In accordance with the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users:<\/p>

\u2022 <\/span>The buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within a period of 14 <\/span>dies<\/span> naturals<\/span> from the date of receipt of the Gift Voucher, without need for justification and with reimbursement of the amount paid.<\/div>
\u2022 <\/span>Exception<\/span>:<\/span> The right of withdrawal No <\/span>will be applied<\/span> if the Gift Voucher has already been exchanged or enjoyed (fully or partially) at the restaurant before the 14-day period expires.<\/div>
